NESCONSET, NY — There was a crash on Nesconset Highway Tuesday morning.

The accident, eastbound on Nesconset Highway just west of Middle Country Road near Smithtown, was reported at 10:08 a.m. on 511 NY. The left shoulder was blocked as a result. The accident appears to have been cleared early afternoon.
