Smithtown Eatery Listed Among Wackiest Restaurants In NY

SMITHTOWN, NY - A popular Smithtown restaurant recently made the list of the top 10 "wackiest restaurants in New York."

Maureen's Kitchen, located on 108 Terry Road, came in at No. 5 on the list created by Onlyinyourstate.com.

One of our favorite restaurants on this list, Maureen's Kitchen is wacky in the best way possible. Before you even walk through the door you'll quickly recognize the theme of the restaurant, with a famous cow situated out on the front lawn. Inside Maureen's you'll find almost everything covered in cow-print, with crowds of hungry visitors waiting to chow down on some of the most incredible breakfast food you'll ever have out on Long Island.

This isn't the first time the restaurant has been recognized by Onlyinyourstate.com.

Last year, Maureen's was featured as the "most whimsical restaurant in New York that belongs on your bucket list" and as one of the "unique NY restaurants that will give you an unforgettable experience."

In 2016, the restaurant also made the list of the "15 restaurants you have to visit in New York before you die."
