Smithtown FD 39th Annual Christmas Parade: What You Need To Know

Check out all the details of the event kicking off next week.

SMITHTOWN, NY - The Smithtown Fire Department’s 39th Annual Christmas Parade will kick off next week.

The event will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15.

Guests can join the fire department at the main house on 100 Elm Avenue from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a sneak peak at the decorated trucks and enjoy cookies with Santa.

The Parade will make three stops along the route at Town Hall, the Meat Farms on Route 347 and Smithtown West High School.

At each stop, the Department encourages community members to donate a new toy or nonperishable foods.

On day of the parade, residents can visit the Smithtown Fire Department website (www.smithtownfd.org) for a real-time interactive map of where the up to the minute parade location will be.
