Smithtown Girls Varsity Swimmers Receive Honors

SMITHTOWN, NY — The Smithtown girls varsity swimming and diving team was recognized at the Suffolk County Swim Coaches Alliance awards dinner on Tuesday, according to the school district.

Smithtown High School West senior Hayley Beutel captured the Suffolk County Diver of the Year
award. She also was named to All-State, All-Long Island and All-County.

Smithtown High School West freshman Leah Treglia, Smithtown High School West sophomore Saige Kazlauskas, Smithtown High School East junior Olivia Eterno and Accompsett Middle
School eighth grader Sofia Burns were named All-State and All-County.

Smithtown High School East senior and county runner-up in diving Marisa Lee was named All-County, and Great Hollow Middle School eighth graders Morgan Lee and Makayla Lee were named All-League.
