SMITHTOWN, NY — Sarah Moll, a senior at Smithtown High School East, was selected as a finalist in the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen Award and Scholarship for the Anna Smith Strong Chapter, the school district announced.

The annual award goes to a senior who exhibits leadership, patriotism, service and dependability in their homes, schools and communities. She was nominated by her social studies teacher, Nicholas Gallucci.
