St. James Burger Joint Closes After 1 Year In Business
The local eatery announced on its website that "something new" will be coming to the area.
ST. JAMES, NY - A St. James burger restaurant recently announced it will be closing its doors.
Liberty Burger, located on 429 N. Country Road, will be shutting down after just over a year in business.
A message on the eatery's website reads: "We're not saying goodbye, something new is coming to St. James."

No further information was available on the website.
According to a report in Newsday, a sign posted on the door of the restaurant stated that a new "farm-to-table" eatery will be opening in Liberty Burger's place this fall.
