Town of Smithtown Introducing Live Summer Music Series
The summer lineup of live outdoor music starts Friday. Here's the schedule.

TOWN OF SMITHTOWN, NY — As Suffolk County enters Phase Four of reopening, The Town of Smithtown Recreation Department announced a summer lineup of outdoor live music. On Friday nights, residents can enjoy live music at Long Beach in Nissequogue starting at 7 p.m. On Sundays, head over to Hoyt Farm in Commack for another evening of music, also at 7 p.m.
Below is the concert schedule for both venues:

Concerts are free for Smithtown residents. A Town parking sticker or proof of residency is required upon entering Long Beach and Hoyt Farm.


Social distancing guidelines are in effect, which means residents should maintain at least six feet of distance between others outside of the household and wear a face covering when unable to, according to the Town of Smithtown. Dancing during live music nights is considered a high risk activity and is prohibited. Residents feeling sick are reminded to stay home.

"Always remember to follow appropriate respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette," the Town said. "Refrain from touching or handling objects that are frequently used by the public, or wash hands/use hand sanitizer immediately after. Remember to wash hands under warm water for at least 30 seconds."
