Farmingdale State College Hires New Academic Adviser

Woodbury resident Lauren Bazhdari has joined Farmingdale State College as academic adviser in the Academic Advisement and Information Center.

Bazhdari most recently worked at Hofstra University, where she was Advising Dean. It is a position she also held at Columbia University. At LIM College she was an academic adviser from 2006-2012. She graduated from Queens College with an MS in Education/School Counseling, and Binghamton University with a BS in Human Development.
