Food and Nutrition Expo Coming to Farmingdale

Those interested in learning more about healthy eating may want to stop by the Food and Nutrition Expo at Farmingdale State College on March 28 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

The event features food demos, free food samples, free nutrition information, free raffles, free health screenings and more. Co-sponsored by the Long Island Dietetic Association and Farmingdale’s School of Health Sciences, the expo is free and open to the public.
