JERICHO, NY—Nagashima, a Japanese restaurant in Jericho, has closed its doors after 30 years, Newsday reported.

Makoto Kobayashi, a Japanese-born sushi chef, has decided to retire after three decades of operating Nagashima and enjoy relaxation.
