Nassau Man Fires Shotgun At Neighbor's Home: Police
Police say he faces charges including reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
SYOSSET, NY — A Syosset man has been arrested after police said he grabbed a shotgun and fired at his neighbor's home.
Robert Passero, 23, was arrested around 3 p.m. Thursday after his neighbor, a 39-year-old man, told Nassau County police he found holes inside and outside his Walters Avenue home. No one was hurt in the incident, which happened around 12 a.m. Thursday.
Passero faces charges of 1st-degree reckless endangerment, 4th-degree criminal mischief and prohibited use of weapons. He was scheduled to appear in Mineola court Friday.
