Calling Kids & Teens!

New youth categories at the Three Village Garden Club Flower Show. Pick up a registration form at Emma Clark Library.

“If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.” – Cicero, Roman philosopher

For the first time in 10 years, the Three Village Garden Club (TVGC) will have a Youth Category in their Flower Show on Saturday & Sunday, September 19 & 20 in the Wang Center at Stony Brook University. Emma Clark Library patrons are invited to participate in this annual community event, which has the theme of “Kaleidoscope” this year. Pick up registration forms at the library (or download them online) and submit them by Monday, September 14.

In the Teen category (grades 7 – 12), the title of the entries will be “Patterns of Light,” and teens may create a design of their choice. Registration forms and instructions are located at the library or are available to download by clicking here. Teen participants will receive 2 hours of community service credit for entering their design in the show.
