Chamber Music Live at Historic Emma Clark Library

Anima Brass, presented in part by the Stony Brook Chamber Ensemble, will be playing in the historic 1892 section of the Library.

On Sundays April 24, May 22, and June 26 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., the Stony Brook Chamber Ensemble will be presenting performances here at Emma Clark Library in the beautiful setting of the original 1892 library. The public is invited to stroll in, relax and listen to the music while taking in the gorgeous historic scenery (and perhaps even read their favorite novel).

There is no need to register, and anyone – resident or nonresident – is welcome to enjoy the program.

For the performance on April 24, a group named Anima Brass will be performing. John-Thomas Burson (trumpet), Thomas Pang (trumpet), Austin Sposato (horn), Michael Lockwood (trombone), and Jeff Smith (bass trombone) will be playing pieces starting from the Renaissance to the present.
