Cheezly's Opens In Centereach

CENTEREACH, NY — Cheezly's, a build-your-own concept, officially joined the Centereach community, and it's serving up cheesy favorites like Mac & Cheese, grilled cheese and cheesy chips. The new shop is located at 17 Centereach Mall, and it celebrated its grand opening on Saturday.

Diners will choose one of three entrees as a base: Mac & Cheese made with Cheezly's signature cheese sauce, grilled cheese consisting of three slices of thick Texas toast with cheddar and muenster or cheesy chips, which are fried and covered in house-cheese sauce.

The second choice is protein: bacon, chicken, BBQ pulled pork, shredded beef or vegetables. Third, you get to choose unlimited toppings ranging from crushed Doritos (nacho and/or cool ranch) to bread crumbs and shredded cheese to vegetables.

Finally, a sauce to top things off is selected. Options are BBQ, buffalo, ranch, Russian, sour cream, mayo, blue cheese, honey mustard, spicy mustard and Boom Boom Sauce.

The sides are Wisconsin cheddar cheese curds, Bavarian soft pretzel bites, or Cheezly's signature cheese sauce. The full Cheezly's menu can be seen here.

Cheezly's, which began as a food truck, is the brainchild of Cody Kilroy and James Christiano, Greater Port Jeff reported.
