On October 26, Ed Romaine and the Brookhaven Town Board issued a proclamation designating today a day of awareness in the Town of Brookhaven. At that time, Rich Silvestri, owner of Hilltop Bagel Cafe in Farmingville, was receiving recognition for his community activism. He stepped up then and there with an offer to raise awareness. You can purchase your Orange Bagels today. Lorin Richardson, Fios1 reporter, is wearing orange in support.
If you join in raising awareness today, please share pictures to social media with the hashtag #CRPSORANGEDAY.
