Farmingdale State College Hires New Academic Adviser

Stony Brook resident William Horton-Anderson has joined Farmingdale State College as academic adviser in the Academic Advisement and Information Center.

Horton-Anderson joins Farmingdale from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where he was a career adviser in the college’s Career Development Center. Previous to that he was a graduate academic adviser at Eastern Michigan University. He holds an MA in Counseling from Eastern Michigan, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls campus. He is a member of the National Academic Advising Association.
