Man Wanted For Forgery

Local authorities are seeking the public’s help with identifying and locating a man who used a counterfeit travelers cheque in Lake Grove.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Fourth Squad detectives are looking for a suspect who used a counterfeit $100 American Express Travelers Cheque at The Children’s Place in the Smith Haven Mall on June 10 between 3:35 p.m. and 4 p.m.
