Stony Brook Hotel Renting Heated Indoor Pool To Public
You don't have to be a hotel guest to take a dip. $50 gets you one hour, and the pool is at a 10-person capacity due to the coronavirus.
STONY BROOK, NY — If you can't make it to Miami, a Stony Brook hotel is offering up its heated indoor pool for rentals, according to a news release.
The Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook's pool is available to anyone to rent; even those who are not guests. $5o per person gets you one hour in the pool. Only 10 people are allowed in the pool at once due to coronavirus restrictions.
The heated pool hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook is located at 3131 Nesconset Highway. For those who would like to make a reservation, you can call 631-471-8000.

"The Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook wants pool-goers to be assured that cleanliness and safety are a top priority," the hotel stated. "The Holiday In Express gives guests our IHG Clean Promise and we have installed a plexiglass safety shield at its front check-in desk, in addition to deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants throughout the hotel."
