Stony Brook School Sailing Duo Awarded Season Trophy

The girls were named winners of the The Great South Bay Yacht Racing Association Season Championship.

STONY BROOK, NY — Lilly Jette and Isabella Seminario, two students from The Stony Brook School, were named winners of the The Great South Bay Yacht Racing Association Season Championship for their joint performance on the 420 sailboat on Nov. 16.

This championship consisted of nine regattas and over 40 races with 70 competitors in which the two sailors consistently won or placed highly en route to achieving the top score for the season. Both girls were awarded a 2019 season trophy.
