Texas Roadhouse Opens In Selden
It marks the steak house's third Long Island location and second in Suffolk County. It will seat half capacity due to the coronavirus.
SELDEN, NY - Texas Roadhouse is open in Selden, and it's bringing a slew of hearty grill fare with it. The steak house is located at 289 Middle Country Road, and its opening marks the third Long Island location.
Texas Roadhouse's menu offers burgers, steaks, ribs, chicken, fish and appetizers; including the registered trademark Cactus Blossom, a "Texas-sized onion golden-fried" with Cajun Horseradish dipping sauce.
The new eatery will follow social distancing guidelines and house 50 percent capacity due to the coronavirus, Greater Port Jeff reported. There will be no reservations available, and those interested can call the store at 631-496-3073 up to an hour ahead to get on the wait list. However, customers are encouraged to download the Texas Roadhouse app for updates, according to Greater Port Jeff. Takeout can be ordered via the app.

The restaurant is open 3 to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays; an hour later on Fridays; and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends.
The space was previously occupied by a Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Texas Roadhouse's other two Long Island locations are in East Meadow and Deer Park.
