Woman Found Dead In Centereach Woods
Her body was found in a wooded area Sunday afternoon, police said. She was 33 years old.
CENTEREACH, NY — A woman was found dead in Centereach on Sunday afternoon, Suffolk police said.
A 911 caller reported a woman's body lying in a wooded area off Hawkins Road near Eastwood Boulevard at around 12:10 p.m. Sunday, police said.
Sixth Precinct officers found Jaclyn D’Andrea, 33, of Bellmore. She was pronounced dead by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner. An autopsy was performed and her cause of death is being investigated.
