2 Teenagers Shot On The Upper West Side: Police

Two teenagers are in the hospital after getting shot Sunday morning on the Upper West Side, according to police.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Two teenagers are in the hospital after getting shot on the Upper West Side early Sunday morning, according to police.

A 17-year-old and 18-year-old were found injured just before 2 a.m. outside a building at 902 Amsterdam Avenue, between West 104th and 105th Streets, a police spokesperson told Patch.

The 18-year-old had a gunshot wound to his back, and the 17-year-old had been shot several times throughout his body — both teenagers were taken to St. Luke's Hospital in critical, but stable condition, police said.
