Are you and your loved ones prepared for an emergency?

Upper West Side CERT is a program of the NYC Emergency Management Department. We are trained and certified citizen volunteers organized to provide auxiliary support to the emergency response efforts of the New York Police and Fire Departments of Manhattan’s Upper West Side, and to educate our communities about emergency preparedness.
