The Central Park Conservancy has put together a list of the six best things to do in the iconic park this winter.

CENTRAL PARK, NY — Central Park is magical year-round, but there's something extra special about the green space during the winter, especially when it's caked in snow.
With all the possibilities in the famous Manhattan park, it's not always the easiest to pick out exactly what you want to do, what paths you want to travel down, and which pieces of nature you want to photograph.
Andrea from the Visitor Experience Department of the Central Park Conservancy is stepping up to help you plan the perfect park day.

Here's a list of "Andrea's Top Things to Do in Central Park This Season."
- Check out the Holiday Flotilla on the Harlem Meer — The famous Central Park body of water is home to multiple Christmas trees decorated to the tee with fun lights and ornaments. The holiday display is near the East side of 110th Street in the park.
- Take a green winter walk — You can head to the Arthur Ross Pinetum, north of the Green Lawn, and take a walk through the 17 different species of pine trees. The area is located in the park between 84th and 86th Streets.
- Listen to the Delacorte Clock pay holiday favorites — The iconic clock rests on a brick archway between the Central Park Zoo and the Tisch Children's Zoo. It's named after the philanthropist George Delacorte, who donated money for many of the children's attractions in Central Park. The European-styled clock will play seasonal favorites like "Winter Wonderland" and "Jingle Bells" on the hour and half-hour.
- Reconnect with friends and family at the Mall — The popular Mall space has an abundance of benches and open spaces for safe social distancing. Andrea recommends bringing hot chocolate and cookies and take a stroll through the park's only formal promenade. It's located in the park at 66th Street.
- Walk away your stress — This is a simple one. But the Central Park Conservancy just recommends walking through the Manhattan park.
- Explore Central Park's most Instagrammable wintertime spots — The Central Park Conservancy has put together a list of the most Instagrammable spots in the park. From striking a pose with "Alice in Wonderland" characters to standing next to the heroic sled dog Balto, you check out the curated list here.
