Teenager Shot While Playing Basketball On The UWS: Police
In a separate incident, police also reported Tuesday that a 15-year-old was found dead at the Wise Houses housing complex on the UWS.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A teenager was shot in the shoulder Monday night while playing basketball in front of 216 West 64th Street on the Upper West Side, an NYPD spokeswoman said.
The 19-year-old told police he was shot at 8:50 p.m. while playing in a basketball tournament within the Amsterdam Houses NYCHA complex directly across the street from the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts.
The teen was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, according to police. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing, NYPD added.

In a separate incident, police also reported that a 15-year-old was found dead within an apartment inside of the Wise Houses housing complex at 120 West 94th Street. The teenager was discovered in a bathtub, unconscious and unresponsive, with no obvious sign of trauma, according to police.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death, and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.

The identity of the 15-year-old will be released after the family is properly notified.
