Upper West Side Fire Breaks Out In Historic Lincoln Square Townhome
Here's where all that smoke is coming from.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A minor fire broke out Friday afternoon on the third floor of a historic five-story apartment building at 46 West 71st St. near Central Park West, according to the FDNY.
No one was inured, and the fire was brought under control by 2 p.m., an FDNY spokeswoman said.

The "renaissance revival townhome" that caught fire was built in 1900, and is located within the city-designated Lincoln Center Landmark and Historic District, according to its listing on StreetEasy.
