UWS Pop-Up Site Offering Walk-In COVID Vaccines To 60 And Up

The pop-up COVID vaccine site within the Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center at 250 West 65th Street will remain open until 4:30 p.m. Friday.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — From 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination site on the Upper West Side for New York City residents age 60 and over is offering free shots of the one-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine.

The pop-up site is located within the Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center at 250 West 65th Street, and all you need is your ID and insurance card.

You can get a vaccine from the site without an appointment.

The pop-up site was organized by State Senator Robert Jackson and Goddard-Riverside, in partnership with Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer, Congressman Jerry Nadler, State Senator Brad Hoylman, Assemblymember Linda Rosenthal, Councilmember Helen Rosenthal, and resident leaders at Amsterdam Houses, Amsterdam Addition, and Harborview Terrace.
