Where To Celebrate All Night On The Upper West Side On New Year's

These neighborhood bars have obtained "all-night" permits from the State Liquor Authority.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY —New Yorkers will pack the streets on New Year's Eve to celebrate the end of 2017, and a number of neighborhood bars will let revelers keep the party going until daybreak thanks to special permits from the state liquor authority.

So if you really need a stiff drink — or five — to close out this year and celebrate the hope of a better 2018 while staying out past 4 a.m., don't worry.
