This week's storm put more snow on New York's streets than all of last winter, according to the National Weather Service.

A winter storm warning remains in effect Thursday until 1 p.m. The National Weather Service warned of continued heavy snow bringing another 1 to 2 inches, although New York City likely will receive less.
