29-Year-Old Washington Heights Man Has Been Missing For 7 Days

Bhavik Bhandari was last seen leaving his apartment at 461 Fort Washington Avenue on June 10. His family is frantically searching for him.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A 29-year-old man has gone missing from his apartment in Washington Heights, according to police. Bhavik Bhandari was last seen seven days ago, June 10, leaving his home around 1 p.m. at 461 Fort Washington Avenue.

Bhandari's family has launched a campaign on social media in an effort to help locate the 29-year-old.

"We as family and friends are getting heartbreakingly helpless as the search is moving slowly," Bhandari's sister wrote in a post on Linkedin.

Bhandari's sister asks for people to share with her any local Buddhist, Hindu, Housing, Networking, and Arts community groups in Northern Manhattan or the surrounding area. She added that anyone with information should call 1-474-245-8733 or 911.
