4-Year-Old Gets Chain Snatched By Man In Washington Heights: NYPD

Police are looking for a man who stole a chain off the neck of a four-year-old in Washington Heights.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A four-year-old had a chain necklace snatched from his neck in a Washington Heights building on Saturday, according to police.

The preschooler was inside the lobby of a residential building near West 183rd Street and Audubon Avenue, when a man stole the four-year-old's chain off his neck and fled the building, according to police.

The child suffered a small cut to his neck, police added.

Police released pictures Tuesday afternoon of a man wanted in connection to the robbery.
