Duo On Scooter Sends Biker In Wash Heights To The Hospital: NYPD
Two men riding a scooter in Washington Heights kicked a biker as they passed him, sending him to the ground and the hospital, police said.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A 63-year-old man was riding his bike in Washington Heights when two men on a scooter pulled up alongside him and kicked him, according to police. The kick caused the man to go crashing to the ground as the scooter fled south into the Upper Manhattan neighborhood.
The attack happened on May 16 at 3:45 p.m. in front of 120 Cabrini Boulevard, according to police.
The 63-year-old took himself to the hospital for cuts to his knees and hands, police said.

The above incident wasn't the only biker-related attack to take place on May 16 in Upper Manhattan. On the same day, a 76-yar-old man was walking out of Inwood Hill Park near 207th Street when he shook a stick at two people on motorized scooters entering the green space.
The men on electric bikes turned back around and attacked the older adult, dislocating his shoulder, breaking a bone, and leaving bruises and scrapes to his arms and legs.

NYPD released photos Thursday of the men wanted in connection to the Cabrini Boulevard attack.
