Easter 2021: Celebrations, Services In Washington Heights
Here's how to celebrate Easter weekend in the neighborhood.
WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — After a year of virtual services and family fun in 2020, in-person events are slowly getting back up and running for Easter this year in Upper Manhattan.
Several organizations throughout Manhattan have scheduled socially distanced and safe Easter egg hunts or other activities to celebrate the holiday. There are also still some virtual options for families that prefer celebrating from home.
There is also a line-up of virtual Washington Heights and Inwood church services for Holy Week and Easter, including from the Fort Washington Collegiate Church.
