Man Found Dead On Subway Seat By Conductor In Washington Heights
The man, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead by EMS personnel after being found on the C Train near 168th Street, reports said.
WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A MTA conductor discovered a man who had died on a subway train near the 168th Street stop in Washington Heights Thursday night, according to reports.
The man, who is believed to be in his 60s, was discovered about 9:23 p.m., slumped over in his seat on the northbound C train, police told the New York Post. There were no signs of trauma to the man, according to the report.
The newspaper reported that EMS personnel arrived to treat the man but pronounced him dead at the scene. The identity of the man was not released Thursday night and the medical examiner will determine the cause of the death.
