Man Shot In The Chest And Killed On Inwood Street: Police
A different man was also grazed in the side of the head by a bullet in the early Wednesday morning Inwood shooting, police said.

INWOOD, NY — A man was shot in the chest and killed in Inwood early Wednesday morning, according to police. Police responded to a 911 call at around 1:15 a.m. for a report of a man shot at the corner of West 207th Street and 9th Avenue, NYPD said.
Officers found a 30-year-old man lying on the Upper Manhattan street with gunshot wounds to his torso, according to police.
The injured man was rushed to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Saint Barnabas Hospital, police said.

NYPD later identified the 30-year-old as Bronx resident Roberto Perez.
Further investigation by NYPD revealed there was a second victim of the shooting early Wednesday morning. A 24-year old man was grazed in the head by a bullet at the same location and took himself to a local hospital in stable condition, according to police.

There are currently no arrests in the shooting, and the investigation remains ongoing.
