WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A new Singaporean restaurant recently arrived in Washington Heights. Chef and owner Amy Pryke's Native Noodles opened its doors on Feb. 8 at 2129 Amsterdam Avenue, near West 166th Street.

It is the first time that Native Noodles has a permanent spot, but it had a very successful run at the popular Queens Night Market in 2019.

The restaurant's website says that "Native Noodles was founded in 2019, out of Singaporean founder Amy's longing for good food from home."
