Tropical Storm Isaias Rips Through Washington Heights: Photos
Fallen trees are scattered across Washington Heights, including a group in Bennett Park.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — Tropical Storm Isaias left its mark Tuesday on Washington Heights.
While Manhattan was less impacted than the other four boroughs, strong winds and torrential rain left trees fallen throughout the neighborhood.
Bennett Park on 183rd and Fort Washington Avenue appears to have been particularly hard hit by the strong gusts.
