Flower Festival Transforms The West Village: See It In Photos
More than a million flowers took over Gansevoort Plaza this weekend, here's what it looked like.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — A festival transformed the Meatpacking District in the West Village this weekend, creating a sight to behold for flower lovers across the city. A wonderland of more than one million flowers, over a hundred florists, and installations throughout the neighborhood were on display for people traveling through Lower Manhattan.
The first annual L.E.A.F. Festival of Flowers was based specifically in Gansevoort Plaza.
L.E.A.F was founded in 2019 by Moria Breslin and is an "independent organization championing the world of horticulture." The festival took place for most of the day on Saturday and Sunday.
