Free Cauliflower Pizza At West Village Pop-Up This Month
A pop-up in the West Village is offering free cauliflower pizza for the entire month of May.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — A pop-up restaurant in the West Village is offering free cauliflower pizza for the entire month of May.
The pop-up, CAULIPOWER HOUSE, is giving out cauliflower pizza slices at 257 Bleecker St., at Cornelia Street through May 31.
The pop-up is open daily 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

"New Yorkers know great-tasting pizza and The CAULIPOWER House is our chance to thank the city for making CAULIPOWER their favorite better-for-you pizza," Gail Becker, the cauliflower brand's founder and chief executive officer, said in a statement.
The company was founded by Becker after she had difficulties herself spending the time making a cauliflower pizza crust. She set out to make a frozen cauliflower pizzas instead for a simpler, gluten-free pizza alternative.

This month's cauliflower pizza pop-up is free and will be filled with pizza and other entertainment, like a claw machine, photo booth and a chance to win a year's supply of pizza.
