The highest Manhattan COVID-19 infection rates by ZIP codes do not correspond with the highest vaccination rates. The Upper West Side and Upper East Side ZIP codes all have seven-day positive rates of under 3 percent, according to the latest data from the city.
Whereas COVID-19 positive rates in many Harlem and Washington Heights ZIP codes are currently over 7 percent, but two-shot vaccination rates in those areas sit between 4 and 6 percent.
