L'Artusi is opening two more eateries in the West Village this summer, according to Eater NY. Here's more information.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — L'Artusi has served Italian food to customers in the West Village for 13 years, and now it is expanding its footprint in the neighborhood with two new eateries slated to open this August, according to Eater NY.
Eater reports that later in the summer the L'Artusi team will open a casual wine bar called B'Artusi at 520 Hudson Street, and an eatery that will look to expand on the meal kits offered by L'Artusi during the pandemic called Via Porta — which will be located at 522 Hudson Street.
Both new eateries will be a quick walk from L'Artusi at 228 West 10th Street.

The restaurant that first opened in 2008 is named after Pellegrino Artusi, who self-published the famous Italian cookbook "La Scienza in Cucina e L'Arte di Mangiare Bene" (The Science of Cookery and the Art of Eating Well.)
L'Artusi has 110 seats spread out over two floors, and a 2,500 bottle walk-in wine cellar.

The popular Italian eatery decided to expand after the return of indoor dining, due to the kitchen not being able to handle the to-go orders while also serving the customers within the restaurant, according to Eater NY.
