WEST VILLAGE, NY — Cops are looking for a thief who stole cash from three restaurants in one night, the NYPD said.

The robber first struck Upholstery Food and Wine, at 715 Washington St., at 3:45 a.m. Saturday, police said. He forced open a front window and grabbed $30 in cash near the cash register, according to police.

At 5 a.m., he forced a patio door open at Rosemary's at 18 Greenwich Ave. and stole $40 from an office, police said.

Less than an hour later, he entered La Contenta Oeste at 78 W. 11th St. through the front window, police said. He took $400 cash from that eatery and fled after a restaurant employee confronted him, police said.

Surveillance images released by the NYPD from the incident at Rosemary's shows the thief wearing a blue jacket and blue hat.

He is described as 18- to 25-years-old, police said.
