Three Greenwich Village townhouses might be combined to create one giant mansion, according to a new report.
GREENWICH VILLAGE, NY — Three Greenwich Village townhouses on 13th Street might be combined to create one, giant mansion, according to a new report in The Real Deal.
The three homes, along 13th Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues, could be combined to create one massive home, The Real Deal reported on Tuesday. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)
Together, the homes would make a 62 foot stretch along 13th Street and between them include 11 regularly-sized apartments, per The Real Deal.

The property's market said that combining the properties would be possible for a willing buyer.
"They’d have a football field in the backyard," the marketer said.
