When you hear about a '57 Chevy nearly everyone flashes to images of the days of Elvis, poodle skirts and greasers in leather jackets.
If you've ever fancied yourself as a classic car owner then you might want to race down to Pride Service Center on Union Boulevard in West Islip because they have two of the iconic card for sale but Kenny-the owner of the shop and the cars-says they're going fast.
The owner of the shop, who only gave us his first name, said he's owned a black '57 Chevy that is for sale for a long time. He restored it himself. He's also selling a red one.
He did not give a price but said he has offers on the table. Hagerty.com had 1957 Chevys valued anywhere from $14,000 to over $45,000.
Do you own a 1957 Chevy or have you always wanted to? Does anyone have memories if that bygone era in West Islip to share?
