Barraga Honors New Eagle Scout Carl William Siciliano
Carl is presented with a proclamation by county legislator.
Recently, Legis. Thomas Barraga, R-West Islip, presented Carl William Siciliano with a proclamation in recognition for obtaining the designation of Eagle Scout.
In order to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout, a young man must exhibit leadership, talent, character and perseverance. Carl’s project was to replace the old sign-age at St. Peter’s by the Sea Episcopal Church with new more legible sign-age in a raised garden bed.
