CSCLI Presents Mold Remediation Clinic for Superstorm Sandy Victims
The event will highlight the signs and dangers of household mold, among other things.

A mold remediation clinic for homeowners affected by Superstorm Sandy will be held on Aug. 20 at 7 p.m. at the Tanner Park Senior Center in Copiague.
The event will be hosted by Suffolk County Legislature Presiding Officer DuWayne Gregory, Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg and will be presented by Community Development Corporation of Long Island (CDCLI).
In the wake of a natural disaster, excess moisture contributes to the growth of mold in homes, presenting a potential health risk to residents. CDCLI offers free professional remediation services to Long Island residents, through funding from the American Red Cross.
