Far and Wide, Robert Moses is a Favorite of West Islip Beach Goers
We asked you to tell us what is the perfect beach, and you answered.
On Monday we asked people what makes the perfect beach and many people answered. Summer is in full tilt and many on Long Island spend the days happily lazing around on the soft sand and in the surf. So what's the favorite beaches for locals?

Diane DeNicola Napolitano said Robert Moses is the best "because its five mins from my house."

JD Pannenbacker agreed as well, enjoying Robert Moses Field 5 with family and friends over the years.
"So many memories," Pannenbacker said. "After all a bad day at the beach (if there is such a thing ) is still better than a good day at work."
