Fire Breaks Out At Trucking Company Facility In West Babylon

WEST BABYLON, NY - A fire broke out at a trucking company facility in West Babylon Tuesdsay night.
Suffolk County Police responded to a fire reported at Island Transportation on 299 Edison Avenue at 6:05 p.m.
Firefighters from East Farmingdale Fire Department extinguished the fire with mutual aid from the Wyandanch Volunteer Fire Company, the Wyandanch Wheatley Heights Ambulance Corp., the North Babylon Volunteer Fire Company, and the North Lindenhurst Fire Department.

The blaze, which was contained to the 3 garage bays, was quickly extinguished.
No injuries were reported.
