Former President Trump is Acquitted/Women's State Rights-What?

It's 7 weeks into the State Session and advocacy for Passage of the Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality Law and the 11th Amendment in NYS2021

Yesterday; the Nation's Leaders spoke and Acquitted the President Donald Trump of any wrong doing on the riots that impacted the Capitol. Those events reduce our civilian ability to be on State Grounds seeking justice because we're in National and State Emergencies. What can be done peacefully is emailing and letter writing to Elected's in State Government-because Equality is missing in New York State Code-and various Counties-including Suffolk County is violating Women's Rights. This year Maryann was denied a hearing on an Election Law Matter of review as a Professional Woman of Process-there was no fundamental reason to deny a fellow Colleague access virtually or in person on this Matter. Maltese v. Hon. Cuomo and NYS Board of Elections-2020-01568. Female Litigant case on Election Law-Maltese-denied due process regarding the 12th NYS Assembly Race-but all Male Litigant Case for the same 12th AD Election Polenz v. Marcantonio-2020-01569; was granted Judicial review. Denial of Hearing to a Female State Legislative Staff member-seeking to bring a complaint to be heard in a "safe environment" denied-in it's entirety sent a message that Women in Suffolk County are discriminated against. Why-because NYS has not issued Women Statewide Equality-and in Suffolk County-not being approved as a law abiding professional woman of Legislative process for 30 years "a hearing" sends a strong message that Women who reside in SUFFOLK are inherently being treated as unequal.

In New York State-LawAbiding Women are still waiting on the NYS Legislature to implement 2 pieces of Legislation that will improve the quality of life for women. 1) The overall enactment of the 11th Amendment in NYS Constitution that will grant Women as a Whole Equality; and 2) The Introduction and immediate passage of the Maryann Maltese Equality of Earnings Law which will provide the procedural process for women who are due "retribution or corrective earnings" because they are victims of Employers who intentionally provided discriminatory based employment contracts to them-by asking Women Staffer's to take on more work responsibilities and not include the required Earnings to do so-or promotional raises that other's who performed similar functions or not received. Between 1994-2013-not many Women were employed at Management Levels within the State Legislature-some like Maltese had Management level duty of service-but not issued Correct Employment Titles-further permitting Public Employer from not issuing the right earnings for duties and completely eliminating an Employee from Promotional advances. As State Employees of the Legislature-we believe in our Public Officer Oath-I signed one like everyone else-and in that signing grants me as an Employee as well-protections for my service provided. Once an Employee earns tenure-10 years of service-then Civil Service Protections of providing me or a female employee with "correct earnings-and if that didn't occur-introduction of amending policies to support Wage Gap law" needs introduction. Right now-there is no implementation of the 11th Amendment in State Constitution of Equality for Women-it's a proposal-and there is NO procedural Process for Women to file for their Outstanding Earnings if one is a Public Employee. So we have this broad law-but no way to use it-and because Maryann is a Public Employee tenured-in service-out of service-I have not settled for retirement-then State Policy introductions or Amendments MUST be introduced.

My seeking elective office in 2020-does not permit the NYS Legislature from eliminating my employment claims-which is the catalyst to provide teeth or roots for changes in state and/or Public Sector Employment. Are there any other Female Employees impacted as I am-speak up already.

Between 2014-2018; the NYS Women's Agenda within State Budget Passages provides broad based language of intent to enforce Employers who violate EEOC, Non-Equality within Earnings-Discrimination of Civil Rights-and offers protection for one who classifies themselves within Sexual Orientations-what these laws have not finalized is "procedural process" to issue "corrective earnings to the women the Legislature. The intent of these laws doesn't provide -claim processes-but recognizes what is wrong only-that's not taking the situation full circle.

I'm one of these Women -entitled to retroactive issuances of corrective earnings due to the above Employment abuses. Why-some ask; because NYS as an Employer, as a Public Employer-the technical Role model of what we deem are good Employers"-is responsible to adhere to Policies they have created with their own employees in service and out of service- and NYS Legislature Must also grant it's own Employees with their earnings for discriminating against as Women-in undervaluing in earnings prior issuances. That is the intent of Wage Gap law-but what is the procedural process? Right now-not even NYS Legislature has the answer-have you asked? What is the internal process of procedure? Hi-it's the Maryann Maltese Law-what is the Bill Number?

The Legislature-NYS; has provided processes that Private Sector Employers must adhere too; including the Employer taking the first steps in issuing corrective earnings if they have not offered Earnings that meet Market Rate Salaries for functions provided. That intent-is also required by Public Sector Employers-NYS Legislature is not exempt from this why-because Maltese has tenure in Services.

Maltese has asked for review of her employment and provided respected evidence for review-but the NYS Legislature is dodging the matter by dismissing her and stating-Get an Attorney. I do not need an attorney for my Employer the Policy Maker to introduce amending or aspects of procedural policy. NYS has the ability to provide me with monetary award because of the evidence offered.

Maltese's claims-my employment claims- This is the Litmus test to determine what "a true salary range is" and if the Employee also provided that level of professionalism while working-receives retroactive earnings. Maryann Maltese, myself-because I'm on approved Family leave-unpaid-doesn't grant permission to the Employer to negate from being accountable for issuing my corrective retroactive earnings-as I have submitted an internal review claim for the State Legislature to review my employment of prior work provided-and cross reference my service against all male employee team-and determine if whether or not I didn't receive correct earnings as one of the Only Women on the same Employment Team. If Maltese didn't receive correct or as equal earnings as her Male Colleagues with less tenure than her or the same tenure as her-then NYS Issued Discriminatory Employment Contracts to Maltese-and is Required to do so-without a Lawsuit filed. Nothing screams I'm sorry Maryann-like Legislation named after you that actually provides for the better good.

Proof of Employee salaries within Public Sector is obtainable-so a basis for the NYS Legislature to use is available for NYS to consider (Consideration is law) and as NYS is the Employer and Policy Maker-there is nothing legally preventing the NYS Legislature from introducing the Maryann Maltese Equality of Earnings Law-which the passage of it-is the procedural process needed to issue warranted outstanding earnings to employees impacted-Maltese included. That Passage with my advocation as a Non-Legislator-that screams how awesome Maryann Maltese really is-and that's the apology. Rick Schaeffer; Chairman of the Suffolk Democratic Party-a former State Legislator himself-decided that he would not introduce Maryann Maltese at the Nomination Meeting for State Assembly #12-that behavior of a Chairman speaks volumes of his unprofessionalism-as He Invited me to the Meeting to be considered as a Candidate-not a piece of Tuckus. I'm not that one that needs to apologize-but how an apology is going to happen here in Suffolk County-by Legislative Changes-and perhaps dismissal of Rick as the Chairman due to unfounded reasoning of process within Robert Rules and party procedures.

Women Need Equality in State Statute-and Women also need a Procedural Process if they have an employment claim to try and resolve it with their Employer's. It's always in the best spirit to mediate over a disagreement peacefully-and if that conversation with your Employer doesn't facilitate amicable resolve-then as the Employee-a Legal process is required. But because the NYS Legislature-as one of the Employer offenders has not taken steps to address Procedural Process in issuances of corrective earnings for work performances already provided-NYS as the Employer is intentionally stalling-that's the symbolism of discrimination-it's also the symbolism of a women being lynched. NYS as a Public Employer-is the Role Model=and they must adhere-with 2 Laws Passed this Session-to give Women Equality-and the Most important part of Equality is within the Employment Arena. Without Public Service Women receiving our outstanding earnings-then NYS will not finalize Women's Equality as a whole. It's already 101 years Friends-don't women deserve both-Equality as a Sex and Procedural Process to receive our outstanding Earnings.

What do we do-Demand-your State Legislators pass both Laws this Session. They compliment each other-we need equality as Women and we need Procedural Process in NYS. Without this-litigation costs are high-and Women Earners who are Court petitioners/litigants-can be denied access to the Docket-at State Supreme Court. Many legal cases are denied Hearings in all categories-especially Employment Cases based on Equality of Work Performances that do not have Sexual harassment as part of discovery. This is why Women in NYS are still not equals-because those lawsuits are personal, closed and sealed-and the rendering within those cases does not have to be used or enacted as State Code in the present sense. Women in Suffolk-this Election Season-denied to the ballot at large-that Means a Female Candidate as either a Party Member or as an Non-Party Member-didn't receive an Election Hearing-but all Male Litigant Election Law Case did receive an Election Hearing in the Same district 12th AD.-that also screams violation of EEOC-or Civil Rights-Voting Rights Acts of 1964 & 65. What constitutes an apology-monetary compensation of intentional ills-and they were intentional. Yes or no?

The NYS Budget is scheduled to pass April 1, 2021-advocacy begins today-Introduction of Maryann Maltese Bill-to provide the procedural process is necessary with the 11th Amendment state proposal. If one passes without the other-Ying with no Yang-then passages are not a comprehensive Law package that will provide Women with what we need-Equality in State Code (11th Amendment) inclusive of Procedural Process (Maltese)

Today-demand that Maltese Law-Procedural Process of Equality within Earnings be introduced and move through State Assembly and State Senate Committees swiftly to be on the Floor of both Houses-with 11th NYS Amendment-for the Governor to sign. This is the Message.
