Man Fled After Hitting 3 Cars In West Islip: PD
The 27-year-old was arrested Wednesday morning after striking three cars with his 2012 Volkswagen and then speeding away, police said.
WEST ISLIP, NY — A Lindenhurst man was arrested after hitting three cars with his car and driving off Wednesday morning, according to Suffolk police.
The 27-year-old man drove a 2012 Volkswagen eastbound on Montauk Highway near Snedecor Avenue about 7:20 a.m. when his car struck a 2019 Honda Accord, a 2008 Volkswagen Golf and a 2013 Chrysler, police said.
He was later arrested and charged with three counts of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, police said.
